The 230mm Yaxell RAN Bread Knife is the perfect bread knife for at home or in a restaurant. The handle has a fullness and weight that is both satisfying and comfortable to hold on to and work with, while the super sharp seated blade will cut through even the thickest of artisan bread crusts.

The blade has a tight Damascus cladding that is great to look at and will be an impressive feature on any dining table. The craftsmanship is flawless and you can hardly see where the steel joins the FDA-approved black canvas-micarta handle.

The 230mm length is also long enough for working with wide artesian loaves of bread. Short bread knives are a pet hate of ours!
